and a low "footprint". Hand-shaped, foam flotation elements are ultra
soft, form fitting and really small, yet fully comply with all standards. Foam
rides close and sets low on the torso, while stretchy neoprene shoulders
allow for all out extended reach without disturbing the close fit. Unique back
shape is out of the way and because it rides low it gives extra thrust than
